Changes to ASTM C94 Puts New Responsibilities on Buyer

The ASTM International Committee C09.40 on Ready Mixed Concrete has made changes in Standard Specification C94 following their recent meeting in Anaheim, California. ASTM C94-15 now places responsibility on the customer to communicate all concrete requirements that differ from C94.
