Screening equipment fills the gap between laboratory testing with conventional test sieves and quality control for large volumes of coarse materials.

• Screen Shakers include Gilson Testing Screen, Test-Master®, Porta-Screen®, Gilso-Matic®, and Continuous-Flow screening machines are the global standard for the separation of large samples and coarse particles, and their durability is legendary. These machines are in use all over the world for gradation testing, classifying, quality control, and even small-scale continuous production of aggregates, ores, slag, coal, coke, and other materials. Screen Shakers are ideal for particle size determinations and quality control of large samples. Gilson screening machines are based on a system of removable screen trays fitted with replaceable wire cloth, or round-hole punched plate.
