DOCA-50 Extra Shelf for 18ft³ Deluxe Despatch Electric Oven is used with the DOC-180 Deluxe Electric Oven, which accommodates up to nine shelves and comes equipped with two. Extra shelves allow increased capacity for enhanced productivity. Shelves have a 50lb (22.7kg) weight capacity and fit within the oven’s 35x24x36in (90x61x91cm) WxDxH chamber with a .375in (9.5mm) shelf support on each side.
