Prism Molds prepare samples for use in Length Change Apparatus in measuring dimensional changes of cast prisms due to alkali-silica reactivity or other factors. These corrosion-resistant steel molds are available in single or two-gang configurations. Each consists of a base plate, endplates, and removable partitions, and is designed for use with Prism Length Change Gauge Studs when casting samples.

• Single Prism Mold, 1x1x10in forms a single specimen with an outside length of 11.625in (296mm) from the outside end of Gauge Studs.
• 2-Gang Prism Mold, 1x1x10in forms two specimens and is available in steel or stainless steel models with an outside length of 11.625in (296mm) from the outside end of Gauge Studs.
• 2-Gang Prism Mold, 2x2x10in with an outside length of 11.625in (296mm) from the outside end of Gauge Studs. For molding two specimens.
• Single Prism Mold, 3x3x10in with an outside length of 11.625in (296mm) from the outside end of Gauge Studs. For forming a single 10in mold.
• Prism Length Change Gauge Studs made of 316 stainless steel is threaded into prism molds and cast into specimens for precise measurements in Length Comparator.
