Standard Tiered Permeameter Top is a two-tier, clear plastic graduated standpipe for the APA-11B NCAT Asphalt Permeameter. It is included with the APA-11B Asphalt Permeameter and the NCAT Asphalt Field Permeameter Kit or available individually as a replacement.
