1.87in Two-Part Compaction Mold Assembly

HMA-987B 1.87in Two-Part Compaction Mold Assembly is used with cohesive soils for triaxial or permeability testing and designed to securely hold a 1.87in (47.5mm) soil specimen for compacting. Ordering additional mold assemblies offers increased efficiency in sample preparation. The assembly includes a steel base plate, mold w/ collar, and threaded rods and wing nuts to secure the assembly. The base plate dimensions are 7x0.75in (178x19.05mm) Dia.xH.
