DOCA-30 Extra Shelf for 6.7ft³ Deluxe Despatch Oven is used with the DOC-67 Deluxe Despatch Electric Oven, which accommodates up to nine shelves and comes equipped with two. Extra shelves allow increased capacity for enhanced productivity. Shelves have a 50lb (22.7kg) weight capacity, and fit within the oven’s 24x20x24in (610x508x610mm) chamber with a .375in (9.5mm) shelf support on each side.
