Bucket Mixers are ideal for sample or small batch mixing of concrete, asphalt, and cement. Enameled-steel mixers hold a Utility Bucket as it rotates at 60rpm, powered by the direct-drive motor. The Mixing Paddle scrapes the sides and bottom of the bucket to ensure thorough mixing. Mixing Buckets are rugged steel with handles and are epoxy coated for rust resistance.
All Mixers are supplied with a 1/2hp motor, belt drive, On/Off switch, fuse protection, and an 8ft cord with a three-prong plug. Standard models operate on 115V, 60Hz, and “F” models operate on 230V, 50Hz.
MA-66 Light-duty Mixers is a unit best suited for mixing 5gal (19L) batches of materials of concrete, asphalt, or cement not exceeding 70lb (32kg). The Mixer is adjustable to four different mixing angles. A removable 5gal Utility Bucket and Standard Mixing Paddle are included. A Deluxe Mixing Paddle with extra fins is available for heavier loads.
MA-67 Heavy-duty Mixers are optimal for small batch mixing of asphalt or concrete using a 5gal (19L) Utility Bucket. Mixing Paddles must be ordered separately.
MA-68 Heavy-duty Mixers are optimal for small batch mixing of asphalt or concrete using a 10gal (38L) Utility Bucket. Mixing Paddles must be ordered separately.
Heavy-duty units are equipped with 8in semi-pneumatic wheels for mobility and a constant speed, a positive drive gear-head motor that stands up to frequent use, and thicker, higher-density materials.
