Bucket Mixers are ideal for sample or small batch mixing of concrete, asphalt, and cement. Enameled-steel mixers hold a utility bucket, and a direct drive motor rotates the bucket at 60rpm (50rpm for 50Hz units). A stationary mixing paddle scrapes the sides and bottom of the bucket to ensure thorough mixing. Mixing Buckets are rugged steel with handles and are epoxy-coated for rust resistance.
All Mixers are supplied with a 1/2hp motor, belt drive, On/Off switch, fuse protection, and an 8ft cord with a 3-prong plug. Standard models operate on 115V, 60Hz, and “F” models operate on 230V, 50Hz.
MA-66 Light-Duty Adjustable Bucket Mixers is best suited for mixing 5gal (19L) batches of materials of concrete, asphalt, or cement not exceeding 70lb (32kg). The mixer is adjustable to four different mixing angles. A removable 5gal utility bucket and MAA-142 Standard Mixing Paddle are included. An MAA-143 Deluxe Mixing Paddle with extra fins is available and often used for asphalt mixes. A chain guard is included for safety.
MA-67 and MA-68 Heavy-Duty Mobile Bucket Mixers use MAA-144 5gal (18.9L) and MAA-145 10gal (37.8L) utility buckets, respectively. Each heavy-duty mixer is equipped with 8in semi-pneumatic wheels for mobility, and a positive direct drive motor to provide additional mixing power. The high-strength frames are capable of withstanding frequent use, making these ideal for concrete, asphalt, and cement mixing in field locations. Each mixer includes the corresponding utility bucket, and they are also available separately. Paddles must be purchased separately.
