Dual scale 2in (50.8mm) dia. dial faces are clearly marked with °F and °C graduations. This 8in (203.2mm) long test thermometer has a 304 stainless steel dial case and 0.15in (3.8mm) diameter stems. Its accuracy is 1% of range, and an adjustment nut allows calibration to a known temperature. Not intended for use in the oven chamber.
