The Gilson Guardian Cloud Sharing Application makes it possible to track field samples from casting through completion. This advanced software enhances data collection at every step and can be added to any Gilson Automatic or Basic Concrete Compression Machine.

What the Process Looks Like

1. Field Data Entry
• Concrete mix data, including slump, air content, temperature, and test specimen information, is entered at the job site using the Gilson Guardian platform.
2. Cloud Storage
• Project details and test specimen data are saved to cloud storage for secure access and organization.
3. Specimen Retrieval and Labeling
• Test specimens are retrieved from the project site, brought to the testing facility, and labeled with a unique QR code before lab curing begins.
4. Curing Process
• Labeled test specimens are placed in the appropriate curing environment to ensure compliance with testing standards.
5. Specimen Testing
• After curing, test specimens are retrieved and scanned using the QR code for identification. They are then placed in the compression machine for testing.
6. Data Integration
• Samples are tested, and the results are automatically saved to the cloud, along with all relevant data associated with the sample and project.
7. Result Sharing and Collaboration
• Test results are accessible to lab managers and project stakeholders through the Gilson Guardian platform, enabling easy sharing and real-time collaboration.
