Our standard load frames are available in configurations for testing many different sizes and types of concrete strength specimens and can be equipped with high-accuracy and easy-to-operate Pro or Pro-Plus electronic controllers. Both exceed industry standards for accuracy.
Load Frame capacities range from 250,000 to 500,000lbf (1,112 to 2,224kN) for our standard 250, 300, 400, and 500 series, or we can help you design a custom compression machine with capacities up to 1,000,000lbf (4,448kN) to test a wide range of concrete sample types and sizes. Each frame can be fitted with a number of fixtures to allow testing of different concrete specimen types. Our frames exceed the American Concrete Institute (ACI) recommendations for stiffness with solid steel crossheads from 3 to 6in (76 to 152mm).
